Qnary, award-winning executive reputation management and talent branding solutions company, announced today that Mary Snauffer has been promoted to Global Chief Operating Officer, and the Company has hired Joslyn Mure as the Director for Customer Success. The two new senior roles expand the leadership team and reflect Qnary’s accelerated growth in the US and around the world. Snauffer joined Qnary in 2015 and has been an instrumental member of the team shaping the platform, process, and culture. Mure is a new hire coming from Sapper Consulting with a wealth of knowledge on best practices for customer experience and success management.

Previously, Mary Snauffer was the President of the US Qnary subsidiary, where she oversaw the restructuring and expansion of the Company. During her time as President, Qnary’s US revenue expanded 500% and the company has repeatedly been listed as one of the best and fastest-growing companies in the US by INC and Entrepreneur magazines. In her new role, she will be overseeing the continued rapid expansion of the Qnary team and the integration of teams globally. Snauffer will report to Qnary CEO Ray Carbonell. Joslyn Mure will lead Qnary’s growing team of customer success managers and work closely with the leadership team to refine the enterprise’s solution and expand customer lifetime value. Mure played a key role in managing and reshaping the customer experience at Sapper Consulting before the business’s acquisition last year. She will report and work closely with Mary Snauffer.
