He will report directly to MRP CEO Scott Matthews.

“Pierre’s product leadership has been vital in establishing MRP as the only enterprise-class ABM platform and the first choice for ABM success for large global organizations with sophisticated marketing and sales teams,” said Matthews. “As CTO, his vision and expertise ensure that our clients’ success remains at the center as we prepare to once again raise the bar on enterprise ABM with the next version of MRP Prelytix.”

Custeau joined MRP in January 2020, building a world-class product team that has continuously extended MRP Prelytix’s technology advantage through use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data to enable marketers and salespeople to achieve higher response rates, pipeline conversion, and revenue impact.
Over the past year, MRP Prelytix has been repeatedly recognized for product excellence and its unique ability to meet the demands of the global enterprise:

  • MRP has placed as a Leader in The Forrester New Wave™: ABM Platforms, Q2 2020. The report noted that MRP “best suits large enterprises with varied solutions and marketing resource models” and “can support mature omni-channel ABM programs.”
  • MRP Prelytix was also selected “Best Overall Account-Based Marketing Solution” for the second year in a row by leading market intelligence organization, MarTech Breakthrough.
  • The solution was most recently named a Global ABM Leader 2021 by EMEA-based Research in Action, which highlighted MRP for its size, global footprint, and extensive history and experience in applying predictive analytics to deliver deeply targeted and genuinely personalized experiences and account-based strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.

“MRP has innovated enterprise ABM and continues to focus on technology and strategies that enable better connection and alignment – between marketing teams in different regions and product lines, between marketing and sales more generally, and ultimately between the whole organization and its target accounts – in extremely complex environments,” said Custeau. “At MRP, we are constantly looking at how to apply cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to human connections and challenges. We do all of this in a way that drives business forward and delivers measurable revenue impact. I am very excited to continue on this mission with Scott and the entire team.”

Prior to joining MRP, Custeau served as Head of Product for Oracle Eloqua, where he was responsible for identifying the trends and market forces impacting modern marketers while driving innovation for B2B enterprise marketing products within the Oracle Marketing Cloud organization. Working closely with organizations in the Americas and Europe to define and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies, Custeau has held senior positions in consulting, R&D, and product management for various software companies including Aptean, Infor, and others.
