Haley joins Sprinklr after nearly seven years at athenahealth, where he served as General Counsel and later Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, responsive for all legal, compliance, and HR functions of an industry-leading, publicly-traded health information technology company. With the largest real-time clinical database in the country storing patients’ medical records, Dan was responsible for ensuring that the company followed comprehensive regulations pertaining to how this information is stored, transmitted, used, and safeguarded.

Prior to athenahealth, Haley was a partner at the global law firm where his practice focused on government and regulatory affairs and complex commercial litigation. He has held senior positions in a number of statewide political campaigns, in Massachusetts state government, and at several federal political committees. Haley is a graduate of Middlebury College and Harvard Law School.
