Volaris Group Inc. today announced that it has acquired INCOM SAS (“INCOM”). Based in Hérouville-Saint Clair (France), INCOM is a leading provider of business software solutions for water and energy distributors. This acquisition further expands Volaris presence in the important utilities vertical.
