The Best Use of Technology for E-Commerce category recognizes outstanding achievements in the advancement of technology that significantly improves and streamlines the online purchasing experience for customers in an evolving retail landscape. ChannelAdvisor was named a finalist for the award in 2017 and previously honored with this award in 2014.
