ZaiLab on Why Partnering with Intelisys Gives Them the Edge

CCaaS provider, ZaiLab, joins the likes of Avaya, 8×8, Five9 and RingCentral as channel supplier to master agency Intelisys

At a recent industry event, global CCaaS provider, ZaiLab, made a striking entrance in divergent style, by parking its 18-ton company mascot right outside the Monterey Convention Center.

The venue played host to Channel Connect, the annual partner networking event hosted by master agency Intelisys, which took place in Monterey, California, from October 3rd to 5th, 2018.

ZaiLab turned heads earlier this year at the Enterprise Connect expo by incorporating the futuristic ZaiTruck in its expo stand, right inside the venue. Not only is the larger-than-life vehicle fully operational, but it also serves as a mobile demo station for the company’s innovative cloud-based solution.

As impressive as it is, it wasn’t the ZaiTruck that drew attention to this up-and-coming brand at Channel Connect, but the platform itself. ZaiLab recently announced its partnership with Intelisys and was eager to introduce its out-the-box offering to channel partners.

ZaiLab founder and CEO, Nour Addine Ayyoub, presented the company’s solution as part of the ‘New Kids on the Block’ session alongside Cyxtera Technologies and Lifesize. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Michael Cibelli, with his team were on hand to meet partners and introduce the company’s unique offering.

‘The reseller model is a perfect fit for us as we launch in North America. We will have the ability to provide quick access to our product through knowledgeable companies that have trusted relationships in our target market,’ says Michael.

With the use of AI, ZaiLab is able to route and prioritize interactions from any channel, while its affordable consumption-based pricing model makes it an attractive offering for the SMB market.

ZaiLab’s Head of Marketing, Marya Dzmitruk, explains, “Artificial Intelligence is an absolute empowerment to customer-facing teams; it allows to automate repetitive processes, standardize and utilize data to help transform critical business functions while scaling CX operations across multiple channels, allowing to turn customer service into a competitive differentiator. Any CCaaS provider that plans to exist in the industry in the next five years competitively needs to acknowledge and accommodate this shift to the future of technology.”

“Our relationship with Intelisys allows us to bring differentiated offerings that are flexible, scalable, and secure, which are rapidly deployed for cost-effectiveness for both partners and customers,” explains Michael.

Channel Connect drew hundreds of channel partners and suppliers from the telecom, cloud and carrier industry for three days of networking, trend forecasting, and keynotes.

“Channel connect was an extremely rewarding event. The relationships we have formed, the excitement around the product and the response to our differentiated offer have been amazing,” says Michael.

Cloud was a huge buzzword at this year’s event, with UCaaS — unified communications as a service — pinpointed as a major trend to watch, with the market worth approximately $150 billion.

ZaiLab will continue to strengthen its channel partner relationships by attending various Intelysis events in the coming months.
