Swords has more than twenty years of experience leading early stage, consumer-oriented R&D software startups as founder/co-founder and senior leader of product, engineering, marketing, and IT functions. Prior to joining FindMine, Swords was Chief Strategy Officer at TurnTo (now Pixlee TurnTo), where he led the product development of user-generated content tools for online retailers including product reviews, community Q&A, and visual reviews.

“FindMine is at the forefront of a new category of content creation and brand storytelling where the human kicks off the creative process but the AI takes it to scale,” said Michelle Bacharach, FindMine’s CEO & Co-Founder. “As new platforms and personalization/segmentation capabilities become available, content continues to be the bottleneck that limits brands and retailers from true success in sharing their unique expertise and crafting competitive differentiation. Swords is not only well-positioned to lead our product vision given his expertise in the content space, but also is an innovative product mind that will drive FindMine to where the puck is headed as new formats & platforms become available.”

“FindMine is the most trusted engine to power content for ecommerce, clienteling applications, email marketing, customer service, and in-store and private client shopping experiences. This is an extraordinary time in commerce and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to be working with a great team delivering innovative content solutions to our customers across all of their sales and marketing channels.”
