Even through the pandemic, which disproportionately impacted women, 65% of TTEC new hires have been women.

Leadership, structure and public engagement were also taken into consideration during the multivariate analysis by Statista.
Earlier this year TTEC was named one of America’s Best Employers of 2021 by Forbes magazine.
